Jamón Serrano Trevélez, 100% Natural, boneless ham, Jamones de Juviles
Jamón Serrano de Trevélez is a 100% natural boneless ham made in accordance with traditional artisan methods. This ham has an ageing period of 17 to 20 months, and a precisely measured amount of sea salt is used for salting it. As a result, the ham has a balanced flavour, low salt content and a perfectly juicy texture.

Jamón Serrano Gran Reserva, boneless, with the designation of origin "De Trevélez", comes from the snow-capped Sierra Nevada region. The family company Jamones de Juviles lets the jamón mature in fresh mountain air for at least 17 months using traditional methods. This time-honoured process guarantees the jamón's unrepeatable flavour. Only pieces that meet strict criteria are selected, ensuring a unique taste and exceptional juiciness. The hams are made by hand from the meat of white domestic pigs, with no additives or preservatives used, and they mature purely by natural means. We recommend slicing it thinly and enjoying it with a glass of good Spanish wine, or serving it as a starter with cheese or grapes. The whole boned piece weighs over 5 kg. Jamones de Juviles is a Spanish family company that has been producing first-class Spanish hams for four generations. In the heart of the Sierra Nevada natural park, at an altitude of 1,250 m above sea level, it has more than 10,000 m2 of natural secaderos, i.e. facilities used for drying ham. Thanks to their knowledge of natural conditions and their effect on the hams, the carefully chosen salting time for each piece, and the unmistakable climate, they produce high-quality hams that reflect the pure flavour of nature.
