Izadi Selección is an excellent red wine from the La Rioja region, made from Tempranillo and Graciano grapes and ageing for 16 months in French oak barrels. It is a wine of intense ruby colour and a highly concentrated aroma, in which red fruit stands out with a hint of wood and spice. On the palate it is very expressive and flavourful, with a long and balanced finish.

A top-quality red wine, a selection of the very best, carefully picked grapes from the Izadi winery. This wine reflects the entire essence and character of the whole winery. The grapes come from low-yield vineyards covering 12 ha with an average age of 60 years. Clay-limestone soil and an altitude of 520 m above sea level lend the wine an unmistakable distinctiveness.
A wine of mineral and spicy character, boasting a deep ruby colour and an intense aroma. It pairs wonderfully with beef, semi-mature cheeses, roasts, poultry and stewed meat.
The Izadi winery was founded in 1987 in the beautiful Basque landscape of Villabuena de Álava. The fundamental pillars of this winery are a commitment to quality, pairing wine with high-quality gastronomy, and respect for the surrounding landscape. The result is excellent Basque wines that have received several awards.
