An excellent red wine with a fruity flavour, aged for 4 months in barriques.
Salbide is the local name for a historic horse trail that led from the vineyards across the nearby Sierra Cantabria mountains. This red wine has a ruby colour and an aroma of red berries, which develops on the palate into flavours of cranberries and blackberries. A mild acidity and spicy notes from ageing in the barrels can also be detected. It is made from the Tempranillo grape and ages for 4 months in American and French oak barrels. Grape variety: 100% Tempranillo Serve at a temperature of 16 °C. It is suitable for red meats, lamb, and excellent with semi-matured cheeses. Alcohol content: 13.5% Bottle size: 0.75l Origin: D.O.
