Hummus, Chickpea Cream, La Cuna, 85g
A delicate and delicious chickpea cream that impresses with its intense flavour.
It is most often served with fresh pita bread or crackers, but it also pairs beautifully with fresh vegetables such as carrot, cucumber or pepper. Hummus can also be used as a dip for grilled meats, such as chicken or kebab, or as a filling for wraps and sandwiches. It is ideal for tapas, salads or as part of vegetarian and vegan dishes.
La Cuna's Hummus is a chickpea cream seasoned only with salt and cumin.
It goes wonderfully on toast with fresh tomatoes, with wheat crackers, or with sliced fresh carrot, celery sticks or cucumber.
Like all La Cuna preserves, this Hummus is made using traditional craft methods and contains only naturally occurring ingredients, with no added preservatives or colourings.
All their ingredients come from regions of Spain, where they are grown naturally and, above all, with great care.
La Cuna specialises in traditional craft production, with an emphasis on quality and time-honoured methods. The products are made by hand, without preservatives, colourings or artificial additives. Sterilisation is carried out using the water-bath method (baño maría), which guarantees an authentic flavour and preserves nutritional value.
