High-quality red wine Pruno is a blend of the Tinto Fino and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties, grown on 65 hectares of vineyards in the Milla de Oro area of Ribera del Duero at an altitude of 710 metres. After hand-picking and double sorting, only the best grapes are selected, and fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. The wine then ages for 12 months in French oak barrels that are 3 years old.
This creates a delicious wine with aromas of red fruit with a hint of liquorice. The wine is characterised by a sweet opening, and ripe fruit can be gently detected. The world-renowned wine expert Robert Parker is a lover of this wine and rightly calls it one of the best Spanish wines.

We recommend serving at a temperature of 16°C, pairing with beef, game, roast pork and lamb, and mixed salads.
