Red wine Fazenda Pradio Pacio, from the D.O. Ribeira Sacra region in Galicia, is made from the Brancellao, Mencía, Merenzao, Caiño Longa and Sousón varieties. The wine has an intense raspberry colour. Aroma of red fruit accompanied by herbal notes and light tones of beeswax. On the palate the wine is velvety, fresh, with a citrus finish and tannins. Lightly mineral. Suitable for cellaring for 10-15 years.

Red wine Fazenda Pradio Pacio, from the D.O. Ribeira Sacra region in Galicia, is made from the Brancellao, Mencía, Merenzao, Caiño Longa and Sousón varieties. The wine has an intense raspberry colour. Aroma of red fruit accompanied by herbal notes and light tones of beeswax. On the palate the wine is velvety, fresh, with a citrus finish and tannins. Lightly mineral. Suitable for cellaring for 10-15 years.
Ageing takes place in 500-litre barrels for 8 months. The wine is minimally filtered. The grapes come from a south-east facing vineyard at an altitude of 250 metres. The soil consists of granite and sand, a rather poor substrate, which gives the grapes low yield and a very high concentration.
