O Estranxeiro Blanco white wine, from the Ribeira Sacra region, is made from the Godello, Albariño and Treixadura varieties. The vineyards are planted on terraces on the steep slopes and canyons of the Sil and Miño rivers. Access here is often very difficult, so the entire harvest is carried out by hand. Slate bedrock, sand and clay are typical of this area.
The wine is young and light, with fruity tones and ripe citrus. Aromatic herbs such as thyme and mint can also be detected. In the mouth it is very elegant, with good acidity that balances the whole. O Estranxeiro Blanco ages for 6 months in stainless steel tanks.
