This exceptional Costa Rican coffee comes from the Central Valley of Costa Rica, specifically from the Brumas del Zurquí farm, which specialises in producing specialty arabica with an emphasis on sustainability and quality. The coffee beans are grown at high altitudes of approximately 1,400–1,800 m above sea level, where the cooler mountain climate and volcanic soil support slow cherry growth and the development of complex aromas.
