EL MAGNÍFICO/Colombia Casa Negra 250g
Colombia Casa Negra is a select Colombian coffee from the Quindío region, grown on the family farm Casa Negra at an altitude of approximately 1,350–1,400 m above sea level.
Beans of the Caturra and Castillo varieties are processed using the washed method, which preserves the purity of the aroma and a delicate sweetness.

Behind the quality are family farmers committed to sustainable, traditional production, resulting in an authentic and complex cup.

This exceptional Colombian coffee comes from the Casa Negra farm in the Quindío region near the town of Armenia, where it is grown by the Jaira Arcila family, together with his wife Luz Helena and their sons. The coffee beans are grown at an altitude of 1,350–1,400 m above sea level, on fertile volcanic soils which, together with the mild mountain climate, support healthy plant growth and the development of complex aromas. The beans are predominantly of the Caturra and Castillo varieties, prized for their balanced flavour, delicacy and sweetness.
The beans are processed using the washed (wet) method, in which hand-picked cherries are sorted and fermented in water for approximately 30 hours before being washed and dried under controlled conditions. This processing method emphasises purity of flavour, resulting in a well-balanced aroma free of unwanted defects.
Flavour profile:
This coffee offers sweet, delicate notes of caramel, brown sugar and spice, with subtle fruity nuances. It has a clean, harmonious body, gentle and well-integrated acidity, and a balanced, pleasant finish that makes it a versatile choice for both filter brewing and espresso.
