Pedro Ximénez Viejo is an exceptional wine that rises well above ordinary commercial products. A PX with just under 10.5º of natural alcohol, made using the Solera and Criaderas system over 50 years. The sherry has a beautiful, dark mahogany colour. A sweet, seductive, perfume-like aroma reveals notes of pastry, orange peel and raisins. The wine's texture is creamy, with an endless finish of toffee, chocolate and caramel. A limited annual edition of a maximum 150 litres per year.

Bodegas El Maestro Sierra is among the special gems of the Jerez region. The cellars were founded in 1830 by José Antonio Sierra and are now cared for by his descendants Pilar Plá and María del Carmen Borrego. Mother and daughter continue the family tradition and hand production in very limited quantities, which makes this sherry a highly prized gem for connoisseurs of this type of wine.
