A dry, robust and yet delicate wine. It has an intense floral aroma. On the nose you can detect cashews and walnuts with a hint of roasted pumpkin seeds. On the palate, floral notes dominate with a delicate bitterness and mild piquant tones. Traces of nuts give this sherry a silky, creamy character. A wonderful wine with a balanced finish.
It pairs wonderfully with quality Spanish jamón ibérico or cheeses.
We recommend serving between 10 °C and 12 °C.
