This sparkling wine takes its name from the vineyard from which it was born. The vineyards, which grow the Macabeu and Xarel·lo varieties on calcareous loam soils with a carbon content, have existed for more than 60 years. They are shady, oriented to the northwest, which allows them to receive only the softest morning light and is protected from the harsh afternoon sun.
