Rafa Gorrotxategi is the third generation of Basque confectioners in the Gorrotxategi family. He has been devoted to confectionery since childhood, gradually gaining experience through numerous placements and courses in Germany, France and Spain itself, where he still collaborates with some of the most renowned chefs: Arzak, Berrasategui, Atxa, Subijana. In their restaurants, crowned with 3 Michelin stars, you can enjoy his confectionery creations such as Xaxu and others. For many years Rafa has ranked among the world's top confectioners, delighting many gourmets with unusual methods and ingredients in creating his sweet creations.
