Chorizo ibérico is an exclusive delicacy made from the leanest cuts of meat and the most select pork. Everything is seasoned with sea salt, garlic, oregano and smoked Pimentón de la Vera paprika, and then placed into natural casings to age slowly for three and a half to five months.
