An excellent white wine made by the Celler Credo winery in the D.O. Penedés region, characterised by a straw-yellow colour and an aroma of white flowers, herbs and fruit. The taste is fruity and fresh, and it pairs wonderfully with mature cheeses, mushrooms or fish.

This biodynamic and organic white wine of straw-yellow colour is made from the Xarel·lo variety. It is a delicately mineral and fresh wine, balanced and slightly fruity on the palate.
The harvest is done by hand, followed by maceration and then fermentation in oak barrels for 1.5 months. It is then aged for a further 6 months in stainless steel tanks.
The Celler Credo winery has its own vineyard, La Pedra Blanca, where the Xarel·lo variety is mainly grown across eight hectares. The wine is produced with respect for the environment, and all harvesting and production is done manually.

We recommend serving at a temperature of 9°C and pairing with mushroom dishes, cod, smoked fish or mature cheeses.
