It is made from the varieties Xarel-lo, Macabeu, Parellada and Monastrell, grown on clay-limestone soil in the Catalan area of Sant Sadurní d'Anoia. The Celler Credo winery prides itself on producing biodynamic wines in line with the principles of organic farming.

A delicious wine from the Catalan region of Penedès. The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand, gently pressed, and then undergo alcoholic fermentation with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks. The result is a fresh and delicate white wine, perfect for sipping on warm summer evenings.
Celler Credo is a Catalan winemaking project whose central theme is the Mediterranean Xarel-lo variety in its many forms. The vines are grown without chemical fertilisers or pesticides, and traditional methods inherited from previous generations are followed in the winemaking. The result is honest wines that become chroniclers of the region's history. According to Celler Credo itself, it is a dialogue between man, variety and soil - a dialogue that has nothing to hide, and on the contrary has a lot to say.
