Matadiablos Tinto Fino 2019 is a red wine made from Tempranillo grapes, also known as Tinto Fino, grown in the Ribera del Duero region. The grapes come from the vineyard of the same name (Matadiablos), planted on a gentle, north-facing slope with clay soil in the Aguachar area. The wine has an intense cherry colour with violet hues, and on the nose it reveals aromatic notes of red fruit, floral accents and hints of minerality. On the palate it is very fresh and elegant with a medium structure that is never overwhelming. The wine has a long, lingering finish and, thanks to twelve months of ageing in 3,000-litre oak vats, it is beautifully balanced. Matadiablos Tinto Fino 2019 is the ideal companion for meat dishes such as grilled beef, lamb chops or game. It also pairs wonderfully with hard cheeses or as a wine for special occasions.
