Salsa Brava Bio from the Can Moragues brand comes from the Spanish region of Girona and is made with an emphasis on organic, sustainable production from local ingredients.
This sauce is certified organic and contains quality ingredients such as organic tomatoes of traditional varieties, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, vinegar, cayenne pepper, cane sugar and sea salt.

In terms of flavour, Salsa Brava combines sweeter, tomato notes with a spicy accent of cayenne pepper, which gives it character and expression. It is especially suited to traditional “patatas bravas”, but also pairs wonderfully with grilled vegetables and meat, or can serve as a piquant dip for various tapas.

Can Moragues is an organic project and farm in the village of Riudarenes in the province of Girona, created by converting historic buildings and land into a centre linking gastronomy, organic production and nature conservation.
Since its founding in 2011, the project has focused on sustainable farming, preserving biodiversity, and supporting local farmers who grow traditional crop varieties. Can Moragues combines the production of organic products with environmental and social responsibility, and also works with institutions on integrating disadvantaged people into the workforce.
