Bodegas Tradición PX VORS is a very old wine, around forty years of age. It is a pure wine - unblended, uncaramelised and uncoloured. The comparison with PX VOS is very interesting - it is the same wine, but with a different age, and the differences are noticeable. Very intense on the palate, with more concentrated and complex aromas and a higher degree of viscosity. Even lovers of non-sweet wines will surely appreciate this wine. Tasting notes: Aroma: At first it is very fresh, and right after the first sniff we can appreciate the type of wine we are about to taste. We find well-developed notes of liquorice, tobacco smoke, roasted hazelnuts, raw sugar and coffee liqueur. Colour: Completely opaque, with crimson glints, very dark mahogany with an orange rim. Taste: It is a fortified wine, very pleasant for its natural sweetness, not musty, viscous and not oily. At the start of the tasting we find dried plums, balsamic notes, liquorice, caramel flan and caramel. Its finish is slightly spicy, but the aftertaste is like a chocolate bar with milk caramel.
