Oloroso Tradición is a sherry from the D.O. Jerez region made by the Tradición winery. It is a single-variety sherry, made using only the Palomino Fino grape. This sherry undergoes oxidative ageing for more than 30 years and at no point during production comes into contact with the flor (the white film formed by yeasts on the surface of the wine in the cask). The soleras used are very old, dating back to the 18th century. The result is a long, full-bodied and smooth sherry that never loses its elegance. Only 5,000 bottles of this sherry are produced each year. Oloroso is an excellent style of sherry, offering a mahogany or amber colour, smooth with great vivacity on the palate. The ageing process always takes place using the Solera system. We recommend enjoying this sherry as an aperitif, with mature cheeses or game. The Tradición winery has a long history and great experience in the world of wine.
