A fortified wine made using the traditional Criaderas and Soleras ageing method typical of Jerez. It is made from 100% Palomino Fino grapes and ages under the "velo de flor" - a local yeast film - for an average of 10 years. It is bottled twice a year, in spring and autumn.

Fino Tradición is a fino made by Bodegas Tradición, the only winery in Jerez that to this day devotes itself exclusively to producing VORS and VOS wines (with an average age of more than 20 years).
It is a fino viejo of exceptional complexity, as it ages for approximately 12 years. It is made exclusively from Palomino Fino grapes.
It brings us notes of dry grass and bitter almonds together with hints of the sea, accompanied by a persistent, delicate flavour. We recommend enjoying it as an aperitif, with mature cheeses, charcuterie and starters.
The Tradición winery has a long history and great experience in the world of wine. If you ever get the chance, you simply must visit their premises, where you can taste sherries and wines aged more than 20 or 30 years, surrounded by works by Goya, El Greco, Murillo, Picasso and many others. It is truly an exceptional experience.
