At different stages we find pronounced smoky notes, peat, leather, liquorice and the scent of old furniture made of noble wood. It is a wine with a bitter aroma, notes reminiscent of beef broth, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar and angostura. Colour: old mahogany, crimson glints Taste: A powerfully flavoured wine that is complicated at first but invites another taste. All its strength shows on the palate with exceptional complexity. A very mineral wine with a finish of beef broth, strong tea, soy sauce and angostura. It is persistent on the palate with a very intense finish that reflects what was perceived on the nose.
