High-quality honey from the family company Muria, dark amber in colour with greenish glints especially in the upper part, and an aroma of flowers and dry wood. Excellent especially in combination with pulses, hummus, cold salads and lamb.
The history of the family company Muria goes back to 1810, when the family decided to go into beekeeping. Since then the company has been run by the sixth generation. The company is based in the area of El Perelló in Tarragona, known as the "honey village", because Muria became the first honey producer in Catalonia. Their honey has earned worldwide renown and won a number of international awards.
