The robust blade design and sharp tip glide through any roasted meat as if it were butter! Knives in the Elegance range have a blade made of 1.4116-X50 Cr Mo V15 steel and a handle made of acetal resin, which ensures an easy, precise cut and maximum stability and balance. The blade is produced by electrical disintegration, a modern process in which a high-density electric current is induced through the steel blank. A press then gives the knife its shape. In this way the steel fibres gain strength and ensure better mechanical resistance in the finished product. What's more, because only the target area is heated, the high physical properties of the rest of the piece remain unchanged. The glossy handle gives the knife a unique look, finished with the logo. The high-pressure injection moulding used for the handles ensures higher density, and therefore greater grip and durability, even in the event of accidental knocks.
