Bodegas El Maestro Sierra is one of the special gems of the Jerez region. The bodega was founded in 1830 by José Antonio Sierra and is now in the care of his descendants Pilar Plá and María del Carmen Borrego. Mother and daughter continue the family tradition and hand-crafted production in very limited quantities, which makes this sherry a highly prized gem for connoisseurs of this type of wine.
