 This remarkable wine has a light yellow color, very clean and intense with reflections of straw on the surface. It matures in oak barrels for 12 months and 6 months in stainless steel tanks.  

The scent is intense and complex. White tones such as apricots, peaches and quinces stand out, along with other secondary aromas that evoke mineral sensations and wildflowers.  

The taste is already intense at the beginning, pleasant, in which the tones of fresh fruit stand out, all well supported by lively acidity, which refreshes the structure for flowering on the intense and delicate palate, with a deliciously prolonged unusual lingering taste.  

In short, the complexity we appreciate especially with tapas, foie gras, fish in sauce, Asian specialties (Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai and Indian) and soft cheeses.  

René Barbiera's wines come from grapes grown in vineyards of minimal age and produced on land with careful care, with partial extraction of grape juice (resulting in highly concentrated wines), alcoholic fermentation, maceration and cider-milk fermentation in barrels and furrows and taking into account lunar phase (new) at the time of bottling.
