This fantastic vinegar from the DO Montila-Moriles region, made from the Pedro Ximénez grape variety, is the greatest treasure of the Toro Albalá winery. Its creator is winemaker Antonio Sánchez with incredible patience.
The new packaging tries to express the simplicity of the whole production process, but at the same time the spectacular result. The vinegar is bottled with an alchemical look, which refers to the winemaker's usual workplace - the laboratory. The paper packaging, reminiscent of origami, allows for safe transport while still looking presentable enough. It is intended to resemble a flowering carnation from the city of Cordoba.
Colour: dark ebony colour and very dense appearance
Aroma: complex aroma with hints of raisins, oak and a hint of fig
Taste: sweet, dense and fruity, excellent with blue cheeses, meat (especially game), salads and sauces
