A delicious orange wine made from two local varieties, Malvasia and Muscat. A 20-day maceration ensures a beautiful colour and structure, with Malvasia bringing freshness and acidity and Muscat adding a floral touch. The wine does not go through a filtration and clarification process.
This wine is excellent as an aperitif, but equally well suited to a wide range of dishes. We recommend it with grilled vegetables, chicken, salads, cow's cheese or fruit desserts.
