A natural wine from an organic winery, with minimal intervention in the vineyards, without pesticides and chemicals. The vines are harvested by hand and transported in 15 kg crates.

The wine is traditionally made in large wooden vats from whole de-stemmed grapes, with the exception of the Garnacha variety, whose grapes are processed whole, including the stem.

The entire ageing process is carried out without the addition of any preservatives or cleaning agents. There is no filtration or addition of soil or yeasts. The result is a natural wine with the possible presence of sediment.

We recommend serving at room temperature.

Variety: 60 % Tempranillo, 20 % Graciano, 5 % Garnacha, 15 % Viura

Tasting note: The wine is cherry-coloured with slight purple highlights on the rim. It impresses with its distinctive aromatic aroma of spices. It boasts a distinctive taste of red and black fruits, accentuated by notes of vanilla and cloves, all harmoniously supported by very fine tannins.
