Vinicola Real, 200 Monges Gran Reserva, DO Rioja, red wine 0,75l 200 Monges Gran Reserva is a wine that shows a floral aroma with a subtle hint of ripe blackberries and plums. With a light acidity and full body, it is warm, with a very persistent and spicy finish. This vintage is one of the best.

Vinícola Real was created with the idea of a small production winery specialized in high quality wines from its own vineyards. It is a traditional winemaking model whose main objective is to obtain original and unique wines.

Harvesting is done by hand using 15kg crates to avoid damaging the grapes. The final control is very meticulous and each group of grapes is checked one by one.

The wine is aged in new French and American oak barrels for a minimum of 24 to 30 months. It is then bottled without filtration and then left in the bottle for approximately 40 months.

Varietal: 85% Tempranillo, 10% Graciano, 5% Garnacha

The minimum age of the vines is 45 years.

Tasting: Cherry with a hint of orange. Ripe fruit and oak on the nose, with light balsamic nuances in the background. In the mouth, powerful, very rich and complex. Velvety tannins, hints of black fruit, very well integrated in its aromatic complexity. Elegant with fine acidity, warm, with a very persistent and spicy finish.

Gastronomy: Ideal with meat and more mature hard cheeses.
