White dry wine Moraza Las Tasugueras Blanco, originating from the D.O. Rioja Alta, is made from the 100% Tempranillo blanco variety. This variety was discovered during the end of the 20th century as a mutation of the classic Tempranillo. The grapes are harvested early to keep the alcohol content as low as possible. After spontaneous fermentation, the wine is aged for 12 months in stainless steel tanks, thereby retaining its freshness and crispness.
Straw yellow in appearance. A fine, mineral wine with notes of baked pears, lemongrass, marzipan and hazelnuts. In the mouth it is creamy with a long finish and very clean acidity.

Bodegas Moraza - a smaller family winery from the most famous Spanish region of Rioja, for which it is not a priority to make heavy barrique wine, but rather took an alternative route. They are looking for a way to authentically reflect the local terroir and character of typical varieties in their wines. Their wine differs from "commercial" wineries mainly in spontaneous fermentation and maturation in concrete tanks instead of classic oak barrels. The wines retain freshness, are more drinkable and fruity.
