Txakoli ILUN Gorka Izagirre was made 100% from Hondarrabi Beltza, a very little known and endangered indigenous variety. It stands out for its freshness, uniqueness and pure Atlantic character. ILUN, which means "dark" and "god of the night" in Basque, takes us to a little-known part of the txakoli world, a place that has been forgotten and that is gradually regaining its place.

Txakoli ILUN has a light veil, it is cherry in colour with a beautiful purple rim. It has a high intensity of aroma that from the beginning marks the typicality of the variety and its Atlantic origin. Its herbaceous character is overlaid by aromas of red fruits such as currants and raspberries, with an elegantly spicy touch. The onset is light and very friendly, with a soft and velvety mid-palate. The perfectly balanced palate is full of red fruit and herbal flavours with a fresh balsamic finish. A very easy-drinking wine that invites another glass.
