The Cecinas Pablo butcher's shop, in the centre of Astorga in the province of León, was founded in 1993. The company works to offer clients a traditional product using the best ingredients, taking great pride in careful processing and preserving natural flavours. The master sausage maker personally selects each piece, one by one. In fact, two pieces of the same weight and produced at the same time can have very different curing times due to external fat, morphology, infiltration, breed of animal, colour and hardness of the fat. 
Through their constant search for perfection, they turn their products into a unique and unrepeatable experience that will please even the most demanding customers.
We recommend serving it in sandwiches or as part of tapas, accompanied by quality red wine, various types of cheese, olives, dried fruit or nuts.
