Lomo Ibérico de Bellota Montellano is made from the muscle parts of the free-ranging ibérico pig, which graze on the Spanish dehesas (pastures) where they feed on acorns. This diet gives the meat its unmistakable flavour and aroma. The quality of Lomo Ibérico de Bellota lies in its traditional production process, which has been perfected over generations. For three to four months, the meat is salted and dried in the fresh air, giving it its excellent consistency and intense flavour. Each cut is carefully selected and processed with love and care, guaranteeing the highest quality.

Lomo Ibérico de Bellota has a delicate, low-fat texture that literally melts in the mouth. Its flavour is rich, full and renowned for its nuances. It has a hint of oak aroma, with subtle spicy notes and a slight sweetness thanks to the acorns and chestnuts that the pigs eat.
