Instructions for preparation:
Carefully separate the thighs from the fat. To this end, the tin can can be placed in a container of very hot water before opening to melt the fat.
OVEN:
- we recommend this option. Preheat the oven. Place the thighs on the tin without adding fat or oil skin-side up and bake at 180 °C for 15 minutes to make the skin crisp.
PAN: 
- Place the thighs in the pan (with a spoonful of fat from the tin). Roast them on a medium flame for a few minutes to brown the skin side. Use a lid to prevent spraying and achieve optimum baking.
Serve with roast potatoes, fruit compote, etc. The thighs are already seasoned. Do not add salt.
