Outdoors, summer is slowly growing, and with it comes the taste of something light, ideally to prepare an undemanding (who would want to spend the entire morning in the kitchen). We've prepared 4 recipes for you to refresh, satiate and taste you. Wishes you a good taste!

Salad with goat cheese

Ingredients

Procedure

  • Peel the orange and cut it to the same size (we recommend that it be thoroughly cleaned from the white peel)
  • Cut the cheese and mix it with the salad
  • Add orange, a few drops of olive oil and a few drops of vinegar

Green Gazpacho

Procedure

  • Place all ingredients in a bowl
  • Mix them on a smooth green gazpacho
  • Try gaspacho through the sieve to get rid of the possible remaining lumps
  • Add flavor to salt and pepper
  • Serve carrots with strips

Grilled beef

Ingredients

  • 2 kg of boneless beef on the front
  • 3 to 4 cups of water
  • 2 tablespoons Full Moon Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of dry mustard
  • 1 cup of ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons Full Moon Transparent vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of worcestro sauce

Procedure

  • Put the meat in a pot and pour it with water
  • Remove the meat until it is soft, about 3 hours
  • Remove meat and remove 1 cup beef broth, pour the rest
  • Cool the meat and then take it; put it to the side
  • In the same pot in which boiled meat was melted butter
  • Add onions; fry into glass
  • Squeeze brown sugar, salt, mustard, ketchup, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and 1 cup beef broth
  • Add jarred beef; gently mix
  • Take another 30 minutes

Strawberry with Sugar and Full Moon Balsamic Transparent Transparent

  • Wash the strawberries and cut them into pieces: if the strawberries are small on 4 pieces and if they are larger for 6
  • Add sugar, Full Moon Balsamic Transparent vinegar and mix
  • Strawberries start to "sweat"
  • Cover the food foil and keep them in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours
  • Serve with whipped cream or ice cream
