Grapes are harvested two months later than other varieties, ensuring that they are processed in the best quality. Thanks to more than a year of ripening in French oak barrels, the wine is full of complex flavors.
The wine has an intense spicy aroma with fine hints of balsamic and herbs. Upstairs is complex with long admission.
