Aging takes place in 500 liter barrels for 8 months. The wine is minimally filtered. The grapes come from a southeast-facing vineyard at an altitude of 250 meters. The soil consists of granite and sand, a rather poor subsoil that gives the grapes a low yield and a very high concentrate.
