Pink, dry, semi-sparkling wine Gramona Ca La Mar from the wine region D.O. Penedés is made from Merlot, Syrah, Grenache and Carignan. The wine offers an aroma of ripe red fruit with a subtle hint of fennel. Combined with fine bubbles, the wine is very fresh and light. It perfectly complements appetizers, rice dishes, grilled white meat and all types of pasta.
Maceration ensures maximum aromatic potential and the characteristic pink color of the wine. The grapes are fermented at a low temperature. Only free-flowing juice from fine pressing is used. It is during the second fermentation that fine bubbles are created.
The grapes come from vineyards that are certified by the CCPAE seal (Consell Català de la Producció Agrària i Ecològica), which guarantees that the quality and health of the grapes is achieved thanks to completely natural cultivation methods. They use sustainable practices in the winery, including reducing the weight of our packaging, which in turn reduces their carbon footprint during transport, using renewable energies such as solar power. All this helps to preserve a rich and diverse ecosystem that is beneficial to the environment and therefore also to the grapes that are used to make the wines.
