Each single bottle of Cava Joan Colet is the result of traditional processes based on daily commitment and effort. 

The maturation process takes place between 18 and 24 months.  

Color is Light yellow with green hues. Fine and well integrated bubbles.  

The pleasant smell of bread and yeast.  

Delicate and elegant flavor with a long finish in time. A long acid that guides us through the mouth and maintains its freshness,  Vivid and elegant wine, without losing the creamy feel of a delicate and well-integrated bubble. 

Variety: Xarella, Parellada, Macabeo 

It is recommended to serve at 6 - 8 °C.  

It is suitable for fish, seafood, smoked meats and as an aperitif.
