Oloroso Tradición is a sherry from the D.O Jerez region, produced by the Tradición winery. It is a single varietal sherry using only the Palomino Fino variety.

This sherry undergoes oxidative maturation for more than 30 years and at no point in its production does it come into contact with flora (a white coating on the surface of the wine in the barrel formed by yeasts). The Solers used are very old, dating back to the 18th century. The result is a long, full-bodied and smooth sherry that never loses its elegance. Only 5 000 bottles of this sherry are produced each year.

Oloroso is an excellent variety of sherry, offering a mahogany or amber colour, smooth with great liveliness in the mouth. The ageing process is always carried out by the Solera system.

This sherry is recommended to be enjoyed as an aperitif, with aged cheeses or game.
