Fino Tradición is a fino produced by Bodegas Tradición, the only winery in Jerez still dedicated exclusively to the production of VORS and VOS wines (with an average age of more than 20 years).
This is a fino viejo with exceptional complexity, as it is aged for approximately 12 years. It is produced exclusively from Palomino Fino grapes.
It brings us notes of dry grass and bitter almonds along with hints of the sea, accompanied by a persistent and delicate flavour. We recommend enjoying it as an aperitif, with mature cheeses, charcuterie and starters.
The Tradición winery has a great history and experience in the world of wine. If you ever have the opportunity, you simply must visit their premises, where you can taste sherry and wines aged for more than 20 or 30 years, surrounded by the works of Goya, El Greco, Murillo, Picasso and many others. It is definitely an exceptional experience.
