Suertes del Marqués, 7 Fuentes, DO Valle de la Orotava, 0.75l Dry red wine from the Listan Negro and Tintilla varieties (Trousseau).

Aromatic and reductive Leaf Negro, followed by a small part of Tintilla, fermented in a small tank with original yeasts and a short, fine maceration. The name is a reference to seven climatic conditions in DO Valle de Orotava. It is a light to moderate body. Pinot wine offers tough and delicate cherry and raspberry flavors, with a hint of spicy tones of volcanic soil.
