The company Pablo Garrigós Ibáñez produces gourmet nougats and sweets, the quality of which is guaranteed by a completely traditional method of production. Each ingredient is carefully selected, such as Marcona almonds from the Mediterranean coast or orange honey and wild rosemary honey, collected in the mountains of the east coast of Spain.
Their Jijona and Alicante nougats are protected by a Protected Geographical Indication, which guarantees excellence in the production process carried out in Jijona, the cradle of nougat. It also offers other classic types of Spanish sweets, such as toasted egg yolk nougat, fondant chocolate with almonds, guirlache with sesame seeds or stone nougat, all in a 300-gram "bonbonnier" format. In addition to nougats, other typical Christmas sweets such as turron, yolk cakes, shortbread, stuffed almonds, marzipan figurines and chocolate marzipans must not be missing.
