It is delicious on its own, with soda or as part of cocktails.

Natural vermouth from Picapoll Negre made as a white and aged for 12 months in French oak. The wine was macerated for 1 month with citrus fruits such as orange and grapefruit, sweet spices such as cloves and cardamom, and aromatic plants from the organic farm such as thyme and rosemary.

Vermouth has an unfiltered amber colour. We look for complexity in the aroma, a combination of citrus and sweet spices and aromatic herbs, with a distinct orange zest that makes it an elegant and complex vermouth. It is balanced on the palate, with a pleasant entry where the bitter part and soft sweetness are present.

This vermouth can be enjoyed on its own, with soda or tonic water, or as part of cocktails.
