Molí de Rafelet

Molí de Rafelet is a unique rice that is grown, ground and packed in the Ebro Delta Nature Park in Spain. Fields have low production and quality is strictly monitored. This rice is highly absorbent, it is not sticky, and the grain is doubled during the cooking process. It is milling manually on a crafted wooden mill and does not contain any chemical additives. Thanks to the vacuum packaging, it retains the best quality.

It is great for making paella and other rice dishes. Once opened, store in a fridge in a cotton sack.

The Spanish company Molí de Rafelet has been engaged in rice growing and processing for almost 100 years. Thanks to the traditional milling process and manual processing without the use of artificial preservatives, it can offer exceptional rice of high quality that retains its classic flavor and aroma.
