Mel i Untis translates as honey and vinegar. These two basic ingredients define this Menorcan firm quite well. They own a bee farm on the greenest of the Balearic islands, and their hives have been helping the local fauna for over ten years. Their organic bee farm produces excellent honey, and in addition to that, they also offer jams and vegetables pickled in vinegar — see the second part of their name. All, of course, from local ingredients and handcrafted.
