An easy-drinking rosé that pleasantly surprises with its lightness and undeniable complexity. Like all the wines produced by Celler Bellaserra, it boasts organic certification.
The bright colour was achieved by a short maceration with the skins and subsequent ageing by spontaneous fermentation without filtering or refinement.
The taste of this wine is accompanied by red fruits, rose water and finishes with a fine acidity.
It is best enjoyed on its own, with grilled vegetables such as asparagus or artichokes, or with seafood.
Celler Bellaserra was founded to go back to its roots and take advantage of the unique characteristics of the terroir and climate to produce typical Catalan wines. All this with respect for nature and according to the principles of organic farming.
