The Josper A-PLUS Class, recommended for about 80 diners, features an ignition time of about 25 minutes, daily coal consumption of 10-12 kg and 9 hours of independent operation per load. Its hourly production is approx. 80 kg and the braising temperature is 250-350 °C.
