The fine white wine of the José Pariente winery, located in the La Seca area of Valladolid. The wine is made of the Verdejo variety and comes from 80-year-old vineyards. Grape harvesting takes place manually at night, which guarantees the aroma of berries. The production key is the oval-shaped concrete container where fermentation takes place. The specific shape and temperature differences in individual heights in the tanks create streams that make it easier to work with yeast. In addition, they allow for longer aging without oxidation. After fermentation in these vessels and maturing for yeast for 11 months, they are bottled in July.

This delicious wine has a pale yellow color with golden reflections and an intense aroma of tropical fruit with hints of herbs and spices. It is very elegant with surprising mineral tones.
